This Privacy Policy explains how Lumen Recruiting Group ("Lumen," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information across the marketing site, verifier workflows, client portal, and job-seeker portal. It applies to employer users, job seekers, and site visitors.

1. Scope and controller

Lumen Recruiting Group is the controller for information processed through this website and related services, except where we process information solely on behalf of a client under a separate commercial agreement.

2. Data we collect

Account and identity data

  • Name, email, account type, authentication metadata.
  • Organization or employer information provided in forms.

Workflow and portal data

  • Verifier inputs (role, location, credential/license identifiers, candidate pool text).
  • Resume uploads and parsed metadata (summary, skills, targeting preferences).

Usage and technical data

  • Session and request logs, device/browser data, security events.
  • Cookie-based preference and consent records.

Commercial data

  • Plan status, checkout metadata, invoice references, support tickets.
  • No raw card numbers are stored by Lumen.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for service operation, security, contractual obligations, and legal compliance. Resume uploads and related workflow artifacts are subject to configured retention windows and cleanup policies.
